Javan Spitting Cobra

The Javan Spitting Cobra (Naja sputatrix), is a venomous snake native to SouthEast Asia. They live in Tropical Rainforest, but are attracted to human homes due to the abundance of rats and mice which they prey on. These snakes are generally afraid of people, but will defend itself when cornered. It's grooved fangs allow it to spray venom out, and it always aims venom at the eye of the attacker.
